Just wanted to say thanks to Jay and the awesome staff at Lake Charles Urgent Care. I am a old ER nurse and don't let much faze me, but being awaken in the middle of the night with some serious pain and swelling in my hand, from a little, baby, 3 day old cut on my hand caused me a little concern. Dr. Jay and his staff had me back to (nearly) normal in 48 hours. Nearly only because there may have been a question as to if I was every normal anyway, LOL. Annywayyy! Thanks again guys!
Excellent treatment. They took the time to listen to my concerns, conducted a thorough exam and there was very little wait time! Charlamaine the NP was wonderful and Jason gave a painless shot! Highly recommend them!
I absolutely hate when you go to a Healthcare provider looking to get better and they accuse you of seeking pain medication. I came in there today looking for a doctor to help get better. Instead all I got was some Indian doctor that didn't even so much as lay a finger on me. How can you do an assessment from across the room. Oh and how can you tell someone you can't give them 4 days off like there is a certain amount of days off you are allowed I will never be returning to this clinic

I really appreciate the caring fast attention. ...2nd trip there...very caring people....first trip required EL visit so they didn't charge...WOW !!!!....2ND trip they couldn't charge me enough for the care....PRICLESS.!!!!!
Went to this urgent care this morning and had to get hydrated. Thought I may have to go to an ER for an IV but was very grateful they had that service. Where else can you get that, which takes some time, with your visit and be out in an hour?!
