I'm really thankful for urgent care walk in, I had to go in yesterday after falling Monday at my hom. I wasn't really sure if I had cracked anything in my spin, the Dr ordered a x-ray and put my mind at ease. Thank God nothing was broken. I was in and out in no time at all. Everyone was really nice!

Fastest and friendliest urgent care ever. I was there no more than 30 mins and I think it was faster than that. I didn't even have time to get bored.
My experience with Lake Charles Urgent Care has been satisfying every time I needed urgent care. Particularly helpful are the followup telephone calls to ensure medications are working and followup visits set up if necessary. Staff is always pleasant and makes you feel extremely welcome at each visit. I have no hesitation in recommending LC Urgent Care and, in fact, did that at lunch today. I shared my good experience this week with a dear friend.
Everyone is always so nice and helpful! Anytime one of my kids is sick and we can't see our regular dr we go to urgent care and always hope to see our favorite Dr Charmaine, she always explains things and gives plenty of information to me to help my boys get better and we always leave knowing they will be better soon! Dr Charmaine is so good with the kids too and they love talking to her! We love Dr Charmaine!
Even though I was so sick and had to go to the hospital for care, the service, compassion, and care was great at Urgent Care:)
