Well it is not in relation to my experience for my son whom I took in yesterday , which the care was great, my mom visited in December in 2016. Her name is Carolyn Mouton. Dr. Marque saw her and sent her to emergency room. She was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkins lymphoma. She is almost done with treatment. Had to bring my twins in and everyone was so helpful! Neely and Taylor were so sweet at the front desk, the tech Shelbi did so good with my little ones, the nurse Molly and rad tech Kathleen were also just as amazing! We had the pleasure of seeing the NP Charmaine this evening, always so compassionate and caring. We also got to visit with Dr. Smeck :) everyone is so upbeat and we always get the best care �
RecommendedDr Smeck really took the time to diagnose and treat me. I actually was in more trouble than I thought with breathing/congestion ; so, I am grateful to God For Dr Smeck and the staff at Lake Charles Urgent Care. Today is a better day as I continue to recovery.

This is the only urgent care I will go to. They are so kind..friendly and make it a point of never having to wait long. I know when I go there I will be in and out in lway ess than an hour. Dr. Marque and his staff are...wonderful. I wish I could put him as my primary Dr. Since I only see my primary about every 5 years!!! I have a life too with responsibilities so I hate sit sit for an hour at my primary to be put into a room to wait yet another hour before I see the doctor. They have even forgotten me!! I've been to LC Urgent care a few times and have always received great treatment. Today stuck out to me, though. I went in for a bad case of mastitis since my OB wasn't in office today. Dr. Marque was incredibly encouraging and really tried to come up with the best treatment for me so that I can continue to breastfeed my 6mo old daughter and still be functional while I heal. Always impressed when I go, but his understanding and advocacy for my breastfeeding journey really meant a lot. The only urgent care I'll ever go to.
