Extremely Aggravated. Found a vehicle that i wanted online, and made a appointment for today at 11am. They called and confirmed 3 times and emailed 3 different times. We drove from 45 minutes away to get there and be told that they sold the vehicle we wanted on Saturday. Dont you think they could have told us this on one of the many appointment confirmation phone calls?! Instead they wasted my time. They had us drive another vehicle, talked numbers and they weren't willing to negotiate numbers on that. Never again.

they did what they said, kept me informed on status of truck. always check headlights after service. they turn them OFF.
had a recall done and it wasnot done correctly. know i have to bring it back on my time again and the alignment was done half assed. not happy. it was on the alignment rack and could have ben done correctly. one mad Customer.
I needed some help with my vehicle and happened to have a day off work....a dealer very close to me was quoting me more money AND unable to get me in. Called LaFontaine... they were able to accommodate me cheaper and on my day off fixing my problem while I waited!! Service writer Jada was professional and great to work with even coming in the wait room giving me an update on when my vehicle would be finished!! I will be doing my future business there for sure... it’s worth a drive a little farther!!!
