With this whole pandemic happening, Chad Woodard and LaFontaine Ford of Lansing went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted. Chad brought the car to our home for test drives, went over the estimate and optional services, took the required information back to the dealership where their finance person did their thing. I have never purchased a car from my couch before, but Chad Woodard and the team at LaFontaine made it happen and it was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had.
