Big Jim is a big ucking BULLY!!!!! When I said I didn't like the color of the vehicle his voice got louder, and he pitched it again, I said its too expensive, his voice got even LOUDER , AND he pitched the car again when I said no his face got red And got very Loud! All of you who work with him know he bullies people into buying from Lafontaine and do nothing about it!
RecommendedTalked with Jenny via text a few days prior to our meet. She was AMAZING! Helped us out so much and got us the vehicle we wanted. She worked her magic as we had a few hiccups and we walked out with our new escape that night! everyone was so friendly and helpful will definitely use them again!
We were going to pursue a sale at LaFontaine. Chris was great and the only reason I gave the dealership a 2. Unfortunately when we went in Chris was busy and he set us up with Jerry, who was condescending, negative and clearly wanted to get home on a late Saturday afternoon. We walked away from the sale. I left a phone message for the sales manager, as well as sent an email to him and their customer experience manager and the general manager with zero response. We took our business elsewhere.
We recently dealt with Mark Woodard and he is AMAZING!!! He was very helpful, wasn't pushy or try talking us into something we didn't want. He just let us do our own thing and was there for us if we had questions or needed help. It was a great pleasure working with him and we will do business with him in the future.
Love our new vehicle. Treated us great. Will send people to them. No high pressure salesman and very knowledgeable on vehicle.

I am very disappointed with this dealership; in particular, their service department. Previously, I have taken my car in to Seymour Ford in Jackson and they have always served me well. Never have I been disappointed with their service. So, because I will be moving to the Lansing area in the Fall, I decided that I wanted to try another dealership in case I ever need anything in the future.
