Not a big fan of dealers, in fact I haven't been in one since 2005. I had a service appointment for the initial oil change on my new Escape. The appointment was made in advance by the sales staff when I took delivery to make sure I had the first oil change on schedule. The service team did the oil change as soon as I arrived, and I was out the door and on my way in about 20 minutes.

Robert was great to work with and I appreciated the great tutorial that he gave me for the car.
These people told me it would be over $1,000 to change a light in my dash so I said no, when I picked up my truck they charged me $123 for nothing. They are jerks
