On sept 7 th I took my 35 ft motorhome to them for recall and fan motor for heater and recall on crankshaft bolt check they were great to deal with on phone (Ray) and in person I just found my new repair place for my RV GREATplace
I brought a vehicle in for service, was quoted around 380 dollars, then was called back with some excuse saying the bill would now be 1100 dollars. I paid the 112 "diagnostic fee" for them to diagnose something that didn't need to be diagnosed, as I specifically told them what needed to be fixed, so that I could remove my vehicle from them and took it to Borgman Ford in Grand Rapids who fixed my vehicle for 416 dollars. The correct quote, the first time. The necessary work the first time.
Made an appointment at 7:45am for an f350 oil change a week ahead of time. Made sure I asked if it would be done by 3:30 pm (sure no problem) Needed to have my truck to get to work. went back at 3:30 to pick up nope done not even started finally at 5:45 it was finished. Will never get an oil change with LaFontaine again nor would I ever buy a car if this is how they run a bussines. Next time I will go back to Grand Ledge Ford always has it done on time.. Grand Ledge Ford you rock....
Best experience I've ever had and by far the best salesman too!! I will recommend Mark W. to everyone I know that's looking for a new vehicle.
Excellent customer service! Jenny Davis is very knowledgeable, patient and explains things very well. She and Cari Gonzalez went above and beyond to give me excellent service and guidance as I Purchased a Ford Escape!
