From Alicia who fielded my origial inquiry, to Don who arranged to get the truck to Lansing from Gladwin, to Robert Lipsey who worked with us all night long and got us into our F150, Thank you all. You exceeded our expectations and delivered an exceptional car buying experience.
Neil is an exceptional sales man. He answered all my questions, was very professional, & quickly got me into a Ford Focus that very night.
