Having a very bad experience with service department. Are problem was under warranty at Central Ford now these people won't stand behind it .I think this the last time I go there NOT SATISFIED AT ALL
Had a GREAT experience with the service department! They were quick, efficient, worked well with my insurance company, and kept me in the loop during the whole process! Would definitely go back to LaFontaine in the future!!!
Definitely the worst dealership I've dealt with. Their word means nothing. They say they will pay you for recommending people to them. That is a lie. They say they will get you parts you need for your car because they didn't have them upon purchase. That is a lie. I do not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed.
