Andrew the service manager is to worried about his job to take care of us and our motor home that has been there since late June and we missed all the camping with the grandkids due to him and this Ford dealership. I know you folks didn't do the damage but another dealership did and you folks refuse to help us get this taken care of. I will never buy a ford again due to the way all of the Ford employees have treated my wife and myself over this issue. The blame is on Ford not our insurance!!! 2nd bad motor :(
My daughter took her Ford Focus in for repair. There was a recall and overheating issues. They quoted my young daughter 3,300.00! I only paid 4,900 for the car! A friend advised me to take my daughters vehicle to the Grand Ledge Ford, where we walked out with only a 590.00 bill! Shame on LANSING Ford
Used my Ford Pass to redeem my free oil change with no problems or hassles. The staff at the service desk were friendly and courteous. I especially appreciated the extra mile they went to give me a ride to work while they did my oil change: that ride to work took the stress out of trying to figure out when I would be able to get my car serviced. A BIG Thank You to Bill the courtesy car driver, you deserve a raise, thank you for being so patient and courteous. Connie A.
