I took my vehicle here to have it diagnosed the week before Labor day. I had my car towed there with an appt. at 2:15 on Friday. Service told me to expect to hear from them no later than Tuesday after Labor Day. Wednesday came and I had to call them myself. At this point Michelle in service told me she didnt hear anything from Ray the mechanic whom was supposed to be doing the diagnoses. I called for a last minute oil change and they got me in an hour later and I was out of there in an hour too THANK YOU FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE :) LOVE MY NEW F150 too that my company blessed me with in November:)

This was my first experience with LaFontaine. They were recommended by a friend when my vehicle needed service. I just have to say, they were amazing!!! Great job. Everyone was very helpful, informative, friendly, kept us updated. They treated us every time, like we were family. I will continue to give them my business. From having my vehicle serviced to purchasing my next vehicle.

Did the job fairly fast. Friendly. Took care of my car as if it were their own. At check out they checked my punch card and it ended up to be free!
They were polite and professional when I came in. They went out of their way to get me the best deal they could while taking care of my car like it was their own.
