RecommendedExcellent service. Chad in sales, is amazing and works hard to help you out. He makes sure you get what you want in a vehicle. Chad also goes above and beyond for his customers. Us customers are more than another sale for them they treat us so much better than that. Ray in the service center is a delight and will help with anything he can!

I had the opportunity to bring my vehicle to La Fontaine Ford for a recall notice. Jada, Rey and Michelle were great to help me in the recall and any other question I had with regards my vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and that helps when you have doubts. I also want thank the mechanic that worked on my car. Great people, happy and a healthy Christmas and enjoyable New Year.
Great Service , quick and efficient
The whole experience was wonderful. I was able to make an appointment online, my sales rep Chad Woodard was ready when I got there. Other dealerships in Lansing tried to put me in older vehicles with over 100K miles and Chad got me into a 2017 with 24K miles, 1 prior owner and a clean CarFax. The entire staff helped me through the entire process and made me feel at ease and for that they have a customer for life!
The staff was very helpful in explaining what was being done, how long it would take, and several ther questions we had that was included in our trip there that day.
