RecommendedWe can’t thank the entire staff enough. It didn’t matter what their job duty was, from the janitorial staff all the way to the surgeons. Everybody was equally as courteous and accommodating. Many employees went out of their way to accommodate us. I can’t say enough good things about this facility. Thank you everyone.
This has by far been the worst experience ive had with an ER visit. I cut my hand about a week ago and I had to get stitches. I came back today to get them removed and some worries of nerve damage. The nurses in triage Emily to be exact I believe were VERY RUDE. Not only talked to me like an idiot because I thought I may have had nerve damage but made multiple sarcastic comments as well. The ER needs to separate people who go in there for flu, rsv, strep; etc. versus mixing them with the people who are not there for those reasons! Until today I have been nothing but satisfied with this hospital in every way shape or form. Tonight was a horrible experience!
I wish Lafayette General Hospital had nicer telephone operators, who know how to help, and actually cared.

They spared my life by saving my heart. What a team. 14 days hospital stay, of which 11 were in ICU. BEST DOCTORS AND NURSES AT ANY TRAUMA, ICU FACILITY. THANK YOU DR. AMIN FOR CARING ABOUT ME AND LOVING MY HEART. THANKS TO EVERYONE..I WILL NEVER FORGET EACH OF YOU.💖🌻💖🌻

My grandma with dementia was admitted into the hospital because she is throwing up blood and the nurses made me leave the room to allow 2 other people to come in. My grandmother has dementia, she can not be alone. I don’t mind leaving the room because rules are rules. SEND A NURSE IN THE ROOM UNTIL TWO MORE PEOPLE COME INSIDE. You aren’t supposed to leave someone with dementia alone but I thought nurses and doctors were supposed to understand that. My experience was horrible. Thank you.
I was recently a cancer patient at the Cancer Center and the Drs And Nurses And all the STAFF were The Best of the Best you could ask for. They are my Guardian Angels and I thank God for them Every day❤️🙏🎗
