Love my Ford 500 The dealership replaced my battery which was under warranty. That experience went well. When this dealership actually works on my car they do an excellent job. However, I now find that I must spend money to correct a water leak that was brought to the dealer's attention but never recognized or corrected when the car was under warranty. That is why my hesitation to recommend Ford, not the dealership.

Great Service Kyle was a very understanding salesman. He never bugged me while I was thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. When I was ready, Kyle and the rest of the staff took care of my needs and I drove away in my new F-150.

Two New Vehicles + Excellent Service 2010 Ford Escape. Service as a result of (2) letters from the factory to correct issues at no cost to me. I purchased a 1997 Ford Explorer at Lafayette Ford and had it serviced there and traded it in when I bought my 2010 Escape in 2010.
