Mr. Sammie springs I have a problem everytime I take my car there to Lafayette Ford The very next day I have an issue with my car This time my tire Icon light is turning on and my tires seem perfectly fine and they gave me a good review on my receipt upon them just changing the oil and checking what they normally check during inspection of vehicle. I don't understand but it happens all the time.

Great product I was met with prompt attention, the salesman was very informative as we looked over several trucks. I did not feel any pressure from the staff in making my selection. I selected the Ford product because it has the best value, compared with other MFG.

Great Service and Exceptional Customer Care I took my car in for 2 recalls and the service and experience was great. Minimal time for updates and the customer service was excellent. Also had to have a new tire put on and Michelle in the service department was great.
