Purchase of a 2014 Escape Silvia Ramirez is one of the best salespersons I have had the pleasure to deal with the purchase of my 2014 Escape and even volunteeed to drive on her own personaltime down to Little River, SC to drop off my rental. Awesome lady! She detected immediately that I spoke Spanish fluently and we spoke English and switched to Spanish at will which made me feel good with the purchase process.
