Great customer service! My Escape jerked & went slow on Friday, I called for a tow & everyone I talked to was very nice, then it started to work, so I called back, said never mind, the tow truck man called to make sure I was ok, very nice. Then Monday it did it again so I drove to Lafayette, they were very nice, gave me a ride home, then I picked it up the next day. excellent- Service was outstanding. Didn't have to haggle with team. Salesmen only had to got to manager 3 times which is expected. I bought the 2015 MKZ hybrid (2nd MKZ I have bought). I would like to see a promotion for "extremely loyal ford owner" possibly if you have bought 4 vehicles from us we give you 5th at employee cost or better. Love the service that was provided and look forward to purchasing another in near future.
Ford Customer for 14 years. I've never personally had a poor quality service experience at Lafayette Ford, with my 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid, though some might complain vociferously about pricings. On this particular occasion my vehicle was serviced for a state emissions inspection. It also needed tires. In addition to the quality of a Michelin tire, I believe that I received a rather equitable price on the four 70,000 mile Michelins that I purchased for my vehicle.
Maintenance Pleasant as always. Do wish ford would drop lube prices.

yes you may Keith Matthews was my salesman and I purchased a 2015 f-450. I was well satisfied in all aspects of my purchase. I ordered this vehicle special. My experience with Keith is beyond measure in salesperson excellence. I hope Keith is in sales for as long as I purchase trucks.
Great Service The Service Team of Lafayette Ford and Lincoln are excellent! I was getting ready to go on a road trip and it was not quite time for the servicing of my vehicle but the day before the trip my vehicle displayed low air pressure. I put air in, but felt like I needed to be sure all was well before getting on the road. The service team took my vehicle in and checked it out thoroughly and got me on the road in no time at all. Thank you!
Surprise of the Day I walked in with a heavy cloud over my head because I was having major car issues with my old vehicle and my credit wasn't that great. I was greeted with a smile by a lovely receptionist which contacted Mr. David Frier for me, he came up with a smile introduced himself and asked a few questions and sprung into action. I ended up purchasing a fusion hybrid 2014 and being the first owner. I left happy and completely satisfied, and to think I was looking at used cars!!!
