Inaccurate information from service advisor Asked service advisor if tire pressure was checked. I was assured it had. Got home and checked tire pressure and all four tires were low at 30psi. Had to air them up myself.
Great buying experience I actually purchased a GMC Terrain from Lafayette Ford. My husband saw the vehicle while passing the dealership and told me about it. I was planning on buying the Terrain, but from a GMC dealership. Well to make a long story short, we met Mr. Kim Thompkins and he made us forget about going somewhere else. Harris 2013 Ford Mustang Water Pump Repair Your team did a great job replacing the water pump on my car. What amazed me was that I had a recall notice, so I called my service rep to see if they could do the recall work while the car was in the shop. To my surprise, the service rep had already looked up the recall and had already scheduled the recall work to be done. Great job!
Competent Sales crew and staff! I purchased a 2014 Escape at what I was told were discount prices. I have decent credit and got a fair rate. If I had to do it again I would have held out for more concessions. Finally at 8pm we ran out of time and I caved. Not to worry. I enjoyed the sparring.
