Customer service at LaFayette Quick Lane Service at the LaFayette Quick Lane in Fayetteville, NC was excellent. Excellent service Salesman Tony Ellis ,he was recommended by a friend of mine her name is Heather that was very please with his serviceand and her father was very please with buying a vehicle from Tony, so my experience was excellent I did not feel that he was trying to hustle me he was looking out for me.....I will be back next year for another vehicle from tony.¿ One more thing that's what a salesman should be like ,there to help you not there to just make A pay day.
Great Service Maintenance staff was very helpful, they fully explain what action had to be preformed on my car. I like that. During the visit they found a nail in one of the tires which they repaired. They also pointed the car has several recall issues that have to be addressed. Based on what information they provided I scheduled a appoint for Friday 26 Sept for the recall issues. excellent work thank you Robert Maestas
SERVICE RESPONSE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. I WAS OFFERED A COURTESY CAR WASH. I WAS TOLD I SHOULD GET MY BRAKES CHECKED EVEN THOUGH I WAS JUST GETTING AN OIL CHANGE. i KNEW TO GET THEM CHECKED BECAUSE MY ABS LIGHT IS INTERMITTENT BUT IT WAS NICE TO BE TOLD IN CASE I DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE ABS LIGHT MEANT.
great teamwork!! Thus was an overall great experience.. My salesman Darrin was one of the greatest most energetic salesman I have ever met!!! He has the right attitude for this job and he does it well also Tom in finance was full of integrity, great people!! They put me in a brand new f150 2014.. Would highly recommend this two guys. Exceptional buying experience with Tony Z I found the help received completely friendly and welcomed! As a soldier, who has only lived in the area a year, I needed a helping hand and felt completely comfortable with Tony Z. I did not feel pressured at all, and was helped in finding what financing options would best fit. I would recommend Tony receive special recognition for his work, along with his commitment to exceed what I feel would be standards.
