Great service I was vary happy with the service and staff on the service the were performed on my Lincoln.
Used car purchase I purchased a 2012 ford explorer. The sales staff Was great, I just wish the finance personnel would of given me what I was told I would get as far as an APR due to the car being CPO. 4.5% with BB&T is not really bad but I know I was elegeable for the lower ford motor company financing due to my credit score of over 800.

Owner My experience with the dealership was warm and pleasant. I was in for a repare on my 2014 Ford Escape where I had a broken tail light assembly replaced. The service was great and done in a timely manner.
free oil change and rotation never again! its ok for you to recommend a replacement for a tire with just over 3000 miles on it but this will be the last ford i or my family buys because the road hazard warranty that comes with the vehicle is not worth the price of the paper it printed on, why would i buy a new tire if the one i have has so few miles on it because you have one that cost 200.00 with the same non existent warranty. i have been a stead fast ford owner purchased 9 fords in the last 5 yrs and that is now at an end... read more
SUV Service Staff was very professional and provided service in a timely manner. Thank you for the car wash.
Service Experience at Lafayette Ford I had to get PCM flashed for $285. Ford actually did free ones in 2011 due to upgraded software. This should have been under warranty also. Service dept did great job getting job done. Ford should not charge for bad software problems.
