Clock repair As usual the service that I received for the three factory recalls was great except that now I can not set the time on my vehicle clock. I don't know if the technician had to disconect the power source during the repairs, but now it doesn't work properly. Please contact me about this matter. Thank you.
Engine repair The problem was resolved to my satisfaction and the service rep was outstanding.
Great service Focus. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up with new brakes and a caliper and a 500.00 bill. I Hated that these things needed to be done, but I loved the fact that you lent me a brand new focus to drive home that night. That is an act that definitely enticed me to think about buying a new car. I also love the quiet waiting room with the free coffee in the other building. Your service people are outstanding. Great vehicle purchase experience William Parrish is great to work with! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Rusty Hinton, Sales Manager is great! No lengthy delays or waiting around the dealership all day to get a purchase completed. They found the vehicle I wanted in had it ready in to go when I got there. Finance department is likewise easy to work with. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. I have had some unpleasant experiences at other car dealerships but felt very comfortable at Lafayette Ford.
