Great experience We purchased a used 2007 F150 and as always the staff was very courteous and professional.
Quick Lane fiasco I was there twice within 10 days. The first trip to the Quick Lane was for an oil change, etc. That didn't go too well. It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then, the woman who was checking people out got caught up in some kind of drama involving a mechanic who apparently wasn't servicing cars in the order he was supposed to. Courteously Charging for Parking Space Rent $250 I had my truck serviced Saturday. I dropped it off at the Quick Lane at 10:30 am and browsed around the lot while waiting. A about 11:30 someone came outside and moved it from my parking space to begin working on it. It sat on a lift, unattended, for most of the next two hours. I know this, as I sat nearby looking at it...and watching a tech refill washer fluid jugs that were 1/4 full of actual washer fluid with water.
