Oil change and tire rotation I was told by Josh before i came to let them know i spoke to him on the phone and had my 2 small kids waiting with me because they would have no issue pushing me to the front of the line to get me in and out quickly. I arrived at 1020am and did as he instructed. Convenient, trustworthy I like the convenience if the Quick Lane, and I think it is important that repairs and inspections are performed by service people who specialize in Ford products. I am especially impressed with the courtesy, knowledge, and helpfulness demonstrated by those who man the front desk.
Service Department - always good Michele in the service department is always friendly, knowledgeable and makes sure you understand what is going on with your car or truck. The after hours phone answering service was very polite but not sure if my message got to the service department. I have always had good service and will continue to use your services.
