Wonderful service staff as always! While warranty repair on my Fiesta was being done, I was provided quality vehicle to use. Work was done quickly and the process was explained thoroughly to me by Mike. Staff was very helpful and courteous as always.
xxxxxxxx The staff is very attentive and gracious. They could not find what ever it is that rattles off and on in the car, not could the fix the panel on the door that constantly pops out of its track. Being careful not to bump it is not a good answer. They did find a different noise caused by a strut that was replaced. Thank you for that. They did get it in and out quickly to accommodate my work schedule. That's appreciated as well.

The best and fast service Drove in with what I thought might be a bad battery.With in 2 minutes Michele Dunham and James Melvin showed on the battery tester that I needed a new battery.Iwas out within 10 minutes,Could not have asked for more,unless the battery could be free!

Great place to hace stuff done! I called Loretta and asked if I could bring an after market set of daytime running lights by to be installed. She bring it by and let us check it first. She had the tech come out and look at it and said yes. I brought it back the next week and had them installed. Great safety add. Good job Loretta and crew!! Most other dealers woudnt even bother looking at it as it was an after market item.
repairs My car still rattles, haven't had time to bring it in yet.
Services Wait time was far less than expected. That in itself should always be praised.
