Great Service s Fast and friendly service. Won't take my vehicles anywhere else!
Disappointed I went in for an oil change and NC state inspection. My oil change was completed, but the NC state inspection was not. My wait was extended significantly. I received an apology, but offering to cover part of my service or offering a coupon for a future visit would have been appreciated. In addition, I was not offered a car wash/vacuum.
First time using QuickLane I brought my Ford Explorer to the QuickLane for service. I was impressed with how quick and easy the whole process was.

Excellent Service My experience was fantastic. I was assisted by Loretta Davis in the service department. Loretta knew what the problem was right away and somehow managed to get the work done the same day. She was incredible. Not only was Loretta knowledgeable, she was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and kept me informed. I hope LaFayette Ford realizes what a great employee Loretta is and how much she contributed to a very positive experience.

Excellent customer service As always good customer service. One thing i wish you would add to service is a complimentry car wash, I know you do it for Lincolns, but my truck cost just as much as a Lincoln if not more.
Great Dependable, affordable service. Loretta Davis and the rest of the service employees are so great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and do everything possible to give top-notched service.
