Awesome Service and Friendly Staff Very friendly staff. Everything was explained clearly. The wait was not as I expected. I purchased my truck here and will always bring it back for service because of the customer service.

Great place to buy a car! Everything! From the time we got on the lot until the time we left, everyone welcomed us with a smile and made us feel like we were important...not because we might buy a car but because we took time from our day to visit there. I have been with Lafayette Ford since I was a little girl and my parents started buying from them when my dad was stationed at Ft. Bragg. I have always liked the "no pressure" approach to selling a car. I have tried other dealers but always come back to Lafayette Ford!

Great Service Everyone at the dealership was friendly and very professional. Ken, the salesman, ensured that I understood all the features of my new Escape. It was a very positive experience.
Jim Graves My Sales experience with Mr. William Parrish. He listened, was not forward or pushy and did everything a professional sales person should to earn a customer's trust and their business. the Finance person did an equally outstanding job in finalizing and closing the purchase.
Great experience Butch was my salesperson and he was helpful and did everything he said he would do. No high pressure tactics . Baird the finance manager was also great made my wife and I feel at ease and was very helpful in securing the best financing for our new vehicle . This was one of, if not the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I would recommend Lafayette Ford to any one for their new or used car purchase. These guys are great!

Lafayette Ford and Lincol Started with Don Price's attitude and continued with Jimmy Reynolds. Everyone made us feel like members of the family and not some one to just buy and say good bye. From the beginning to the end (Jimmy says it will never end) the Lafayette team was on our side.
