Lafayette Ford Service Dept. The only problem I have is not with anyone at the dealerships service department, they are great! The problem I've had ever since I had the car is that the rubber seal around the back windows keeps coming loose. It literally hangs from the window when it comes loose. This is the 4th time I've had to have it fixed on one of my back windows. Have any other owners of 2011 Fiestas had this problem?

great service Your service depth met me outside by my truck and had me in an out in 5 minutes......they did a fantastic job.....and did not leave oil all over my engine after they drained it.....which is hard to do on the f150 with the 3.6 ecoboost. The only way u guys could improve the service is to wash my truck after every visit to the service dept.
