SYNC Purchase Everything went well as expected. I went in to purchase an update for my SYNC system. It was in stock and everything ran smoothly.
Seat Belt Repair The service staff assessed my problem quickly and returned the vehicle shortly after receiving it. Repairs were done correctly the first time.

Wonderful experience! We recently purchased our Certified Preowned F-150. Our salesman, Kyle, is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He makes the car buying experience wonderful! We trust him and refer him to everyone we know who is ready to purchase a car or truck. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and customer service is great.
Retired Annette couldn't have been more helpful. Wife has a real hard time reaching the gas pedal but can manage. Not comfortable for her to stretch her leg. Looking into some sort of pad or block for the gas pedal. Everyone was very professional.

easiest purchase ever!! we bought a 2015 Mustang, it was the easiest purchase ever!! Although, I would have liked to haggle a bit, maybe get a little something free, (car wash, gift card to a coffee shop/restaurant, which is what we have got in the past from other dealerships) but,our salesman and the finance guy, were absolutely GREAT!

Susan Mastalski My purchase was extremely pleasing. All points of the sale was completely satisfying. Marie is a superb salesperson. She was very knowledgeable about all the aspects of the vehicle. Considering that my last vehicle was a 2003 Ford Ranger (which I absolutely love), she was able to get me acquainted with all the bells and whistles that the 2014 Taurus has to offer. I would definitely refer her and Lafayette Ford to anyone looking for a new car.
