Service quick lane Very helpful with explaining tire rebates and some of my options,mgr was helping a new employee learn the ropes of the service business,and trying to train her and help me,was doing a great job at both.

Great Service, Clean Facility I have a 2014 MKZ Hybrid. The service was wonderful, I was provided with a loaner because they needed to keep my vehicle over night. Pleased with the service and the hospitality; IMPRESSED!!!

Quick Lane Seems like, depending on the day/time of the month, the wait time exceeds an hour. Maybe look at appointment times for customers who regularly use the Quick Lane Service. i.e. any maintenance service outside oil change/tire rotations.
