Great experience Experience was good. Have a few scratches on vehicle waiting for call about when dent and scratch guy will be in but have not gotten a call as of yet.

Saturday's errons It was an overall good visit. I didn't even have an appointment and they still took me in. It was time for my MKX to get a oil change and tire rotation, plus my wash job was and is a great service.
customer Excellent service. My vehicle was taken in with in a few minutes of my arrival at my appointment time. The staff were friendly and well qualified.
MECP recall Service representative was very helpful in arranging appointment time to implement repair. Repair was satisfactory and completed in a reasonable amount of time.

2014 Ford Explorer owner While parking my car hit the crub & broke the clips holding some kind of air flow device. I called Keith Matthews of Lafayette Ford. He went beyond the call of duty to get my car repaired. He should be employee of the year!!
