Friendly staff, Clean facility I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion in the new color Techtonic Silver. It is a bbeautiful car!! I had not purchased a new car since 1996,and everyone at Lafayette Ford made the experience easy for me. I was very nervous about making a purchase but they all were great and very helpful.

Mr. Robert Williamson The first part of my service didn't go over well. The service repairman told me my brakes were okay. After talking to the manager realize that my vehicle had a serious problem with the brakes. After making an appointment and bring it back the problem was fixed.

amazing service my wife and myself were in a tight situation where we needed a family vehicle. We let them know what we were going though and how we were struggling. No other dealerships were wanting to help or wotk with us. I had made an appointment with gord for the next day. That same night we were able to drive away in a new car.I dont know what I would've been able to do if Ford wasn't around. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
