pleasant experience 2016 Explorer. Charles Cass, excellent customer service. Lost of knowledge about the vehicle found the one I wanted! Hope the service dept can stand up to benchmark standard that Charles displayed.
Annual Services I took my vehicle in to have an oil change, safety inspection, and an alignment check. The oil change and inspection went quick and smooth. I was never kept informed about my alignment check so after sitting quite a while, I asked and was told I was next in line. To my surprise, another vehicle was put in front of mine so I told them I had to leave and just forget the alignment check. Services were great, facility comfortable Having the oil changed is usually time consuming; however this time it was relatively quick. Not only quick but the other checks were helpful, too, and meant a lot to my peace of mind! The staff was friendly and helpful and made it a good experience!
