Consistent with the care I have received throughout my hair journey with them. Helene, my stylist, removed my I-Tip extensions with precision and care, which helped to minimise any breakage or hair loss. This was my second time getting my hair done at Lael London and I was far from disappointed. Marie was so lovely, she made sure I was comfortable and offered me drinks, snacks etc. She was very sweet and talkative and never made the appointment feel awkward at any point. I will definitely be going back and recommend others to book too!!!

As someone who was born and raised in London, I’ve always found it quite the task to find a black hairdressers that provided not only the expertise to do my hair, but the luxury experience that I’ve observed in non-black hairdressers.
