One member of staff on and over an hours wait to have to walk out. The woman was extremely rude telling me to watch my son for being behind the reception desk for a split second as she could see I was asking him to move away and was even getting up to move him. After telling her we were leaving due to her rude tone she followed me out of the shop to my car to shout at me as I was getting my kids into the car and told me if I don’t like the wait to not return. Terrible experience with my toddlers. Both of my sons have significant special needs so can really struggle with haircuts but it has to be done. It feels extremely important to us that our boys are well kept but we left completely dissatisfied and very upset with two butchered haircuts. Granted, one son became distressed and left with half a haircut as I personally tapped out for safety reasons but no excuse for his twin brothers haircut. Great barbers. Jodie is the only person my son has ever let cut his hair without a drama. The booking system is really handy especially when you have a child who doesn't like waiting/haircuts.
