The best place to learn about lifting weights and have fun while doing it. Jen is so enthusiastic, welcoming and knowledgeable. All the coaches & members are lovely. LWL has such a community feeling about it ❤️
Definitely recommend this if you're considering it. I recently joined with an Introductory package and I'm so pleased I did. It's not super close to me but really easy to get to from the motorway. Jen was so great to work with and small group personal training is a great way to get support in a gym setting. Jen was really supportive and made sure we were all worked at an appropriate level, and helped us to set up and make sure we understood all the different exercises. Jen is really down to earth and treats each client based on their needs. Still early doors for me but I am encouraged to return!
