Mark was sent out to our home to do a routine furnace tune up. He found a loose wire in the panel that could have sparked and caused a fire!! He replaced the old wire and connection to insure no future problems. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You folks are professional and so detailed. We have had LADD as our HVAC "go to" guys for 14 years, and this is why...thanks again..you Rock!
