RecommendedThe sales rep Roger came out on time did the calculations needed and gave bid on the spot. Installers came when promised and completed the installation of the new AC and furnace and new pad in no time and left no mess anywhere. Really pleased with the whole experience.

Ladd was fantastic. I own a house in Tonganoxie. The 20 year old furnace quit on the day before a big snow storm was coming. I called Ladd. Roger, Ladds salesman came out the next day gave me a great price on a new furnace and AC unit. He had a crew out the next day. They did a Fantastic job. Had the unit in that day and my tenants had heat I really appreciated Ladds prompt response. We started working with Ladd when we moved to Kansas City 17 years ago, and they have never disappointed! We've bought 2 furnaces from them, and have them tune up our system twice a year. Their courtesy and professionalism have been outstanding, and the work they have done has been excellent. With an old house with failing pipes, we've always felt confident that we had Ladd to call if we needed them. I would recommend them - and have several times - to anyone that is looking for great service and really nice folks!

Friday evening after Thanksgiving, the water in our basement bedroom toilet and bath would not flush out. David Bauerly, a Ladd technician, arrived about 10:30 p.m., diagnosed the problem, returned to Tonganoxie for a new grinder pump and had everything back working in perfect order by 1:00 a.m. Five-star service and exceptional dedication, something we have come to expect of Ladd over the past few years.
