What a great experience. A/C went out late Monday afternoon just when the heat was starting to build for the week. Contacted Ladd that night on their website and received a call first thing Tuesday morning and they were able to get a technician out early that afternoon! Austin quickly diagnosed the problem and had us up and running within an hour of his arrival. Great service for sure!!! Highly recommend this company!
Ladd installed a HVAC for me. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with their professional service. The techs were there on time and went right to work. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They checked to make sure everything was working properly cleaned up and left. I would recommend their services and would use them again.
