We had an ancient air unit and it never shut off. Had service come out and she explained what was wrong and set up appt with Roger. He checked out everything and set us up to get new unit and financing within less than an hour. It would have taken weeks to get installed with other companies but LADD got it done in less than 48 hours. Installation was a breeze. Friendly service and CLEAN. Roger Maples came to my house and looked at my system. What he recommended was exactly what I thought I needed. I used to work heat and air at Sears 25 years ago. He was honest and right up front of what we needed. We bought the furnace and air and they were out with in a week to install it. Their service men were very clean and professional with what they did. The office personnel Kristi has been very helpful and very professional. I would recommend Ladd to all of my friends. Great company!
