RecommendedThese guys installed a hot water heater, water softener, furnace AND air conditioner, AND unclogged our bathroom drain (the plumber even cleaned the tub out). It took them about 8 hours to complete all the work and show me my new stuff! VERY pleased with our service 10/10 will be using them again!

After having another plumbing company come out and look at our leak, he said "Ok, I'll get back to you in a couple of days." He left and we've never heard back from him. So then we called LADD. They worked with our schedule and the leak was fixed very quickly. We asked if he had time to work on another project. Instead of making us schedule another appointment, he checked with the office and they said he could go ahead and do it. So we got a leak fixed and a new water heater installed. We've used Ladd to not only service our HVAC twice a year, but we've had to replace a furnace as well. Every experience with them has been wonderful. The customer service is fantastic and the technicians are always polite, professional, and on time. I highly recommend them!
