New Year’s Day 2018! Burst pipes at -6 Below zero. Called Ladd at 1:00pm. The plumber called me back at 1:14pm to say he had another call before me and would call on his way to my location. He got here about an hour later and got everything fixed! Very professional.
Technicians were friendly and courteous. Made sure we understood how to monitor our furnace and read the trouble light codes. Technician arrived right on time. Cleaned up before leaving. Our technician even showed me how to empty the condenser pan at the end of the winter season to prevent buildup in the pan and tubing.
