Lorenzo took pictures and emailed me constantly, helping to keep the stress as low as possible while we looked for a new home. Everyone has been so helpful and kind and the neighbors are genuinely happy to be here and we couldnt be more delighted to have chosen this place. Clean, friendly, convenient to so many venues - its perfect.

Verified Renter I really enjoy living at Ladd Tower. The movein process was pretty painless, and I really love the views and location. The availability of high speed internet is a great perk and the amenities are fantastic
Verified Renter The Ladd is a very nice building. The on-site management and the maintenance staff are excellent. Unfortunately, the ownership of the building cuts corners and reduces the quality of life in the building. Currently, our water supply is compromised and we must buy bottled water for drinking and cooking. For some reason, the owners of the building are unwilling to pay for a fix. This plainly not acceptable for a building which markets itself as top tier.
