So far so good! Clean, safe, comfortable! My partner and I moved into Ladd 3 months ago and we love it! The lobby looks like a hotel and everything is very well maintained - the hallways, mailrooms, gym, etc. We’re in a corner unit and the view is amazing and either we have very considerate neighbors or it’s well built to eliminate noise. Sometimes maintainer requests can take a few days, but that’s my only real “complaint” and even then, they’re more responsive about any immediate or urgent issues.
