Verified Renter The Ladd Tower living experience has been very positive. The apartment is comfortable and very efficient. Even though the condo is a studio, the relatively spacious layout works quite well. View and location is great and the entire staff is amazing!

Verified Renter In the SW part of downtown Portland there are no nicer apartment complexes that are able to combine great floor plans, amenities, price, and quality like Ladd Tower can. It is a luxury apartment building with the same price per square foot of the much older buildings, and unlike any of the brand new constructions the floor plans aren't nonsensical.

Verified Renter I have lived through many management transitions and safety issues since moving into the Ladd. The current management and safety installations have greatly improved my satisfaction with the apartment environment. The maintenance staff is consistently friendly and responsive.
Verified Renter It is wonderful to live in an apartment building where there is staff present at the front desk all day, 7 days a week . They are always willing to help and what a plus that they answer the phone I call. This was not the case in the previous apartment I moved from.
