Verified Renter Ive been at the Ladd for a year and a half since March 2018. When I first got here there were a lot of breaking in the garage and storage units. It took a residence alliance to make the changes happen to what we have now which has been a fantastic change. The manager now has done some great things with getting residence to come together with taco nights , ice cream treats and such and I think has been really nice. Verified Renter It is absolutely lovely living here. We feel super safe with the 24hr security, and the walls are thick. Our neighbors dont hear us and we dont hear them. The front door does have a thick, open draft at the bottom, but otherwise, wonderful and very comfortable. Thanks!
