His willingness to lead by example whether it be by greeting the residents with a smile at the front door, taking a service request or actually delivering a package himself, is an example of why the Ladd is the outstanding Community to reside in! Lindsey, Lorenzo and Erica are some of the best most friendly and accommodating staff that a complex could have!

Verified Renter After several months at Ladd Tower, I am delighted with my decision to move here. The location is outstanding and the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit is beautifully planned and finished with the amount of storage space I needed coming from a private home. The staff and residents have been wonderfully supportive and the abundance of stimulating walks and cultural opportunities are a joy! I feel very lucky to have discovered Ladd Tower!
