Not a safe place to live! - Not safe - Incompetent staff On 6/18/2021, a previous tenant of my unit came by and asked property staff to retrieve their package because he/she said it was delivered to my mailbox by accident. After the property staff declined that request, somehow he/she snuck into the property mailroom later that day and broke my mailbox open with some sort of tool. So loud, don’t even bother If you want to live here you must get a top floor unit. I hear the footsteps of the people above me every second. They have woken me up at 6am everyday since I moved in. I hear every single noise they make. The footsteps sound like earthquakes. I hear the people walking down the hall the floor above me it’s so loud. Their steps shake my wall it’s so loud. don’t live here for sure. Worst soundproof ever. I even live on 7th floor (top floor) I can hear the footsteps from rooftop and lower floor. Neighbors not good. Smoking weed their terrace or anywhere. Friendly staff but would go somewhere else. Living here almost an year but not single good experience here.
