She customized a plan to work with me and my baby and then followed up (on her own time after hours) to see how we were doing. She do not care about you just want your money! she don't care for baby's and mommy , only care for herself and to have as many clients as she can . she is not going to answer your text or calls until it is too late . not communicate with her Clients . after calling and texting her all morning to try and change my appointment and get no answer from her , I was driving with the baby to her office to find out that she already fill up my spot without letting me know . Very bad customer service . do not go there .
Chaya was so helpful! She was with me the whole way through! She was really knew what I needed and had a wealth of information! She was up to date on the latest information! I did the vedio consultations with her and so it was great that I was able to speak with her in the comfort of my own home! Thank you Chaya!!
Chaya helped me through video consult and the experience amazing! My baby was struggling and even though I had seen many specialists (a lactation consultant, GI, and pediatrician), no one could figure out what was wrong. I then shared my situation with Chaya over video chat and she was able to diagnose my son without even seeing us. Afterwards my baby got the help he needed! Marnina is so knowledgeable, patient and well organized that I was able to improve my baby's latch right away and help heal previous pain. Previous to her, the hospital lactation consultants had not been much help and I was losing hope that I could achieve a painless latch. Marnina changed that almost instantly.
I called up lactation central for help nursing my twins and the next day I had Marninah coming to help me. Marninah was extremely helpful in guiding me on how to nurse in tandem and she has answered all my questions at any time of day. Even once I no longer needed assistance marninah has reached out to just check up on us. I highly recommend lactation central they were extremely kind warm patient and knowledgeable
Catherine was my LC, and I was very pleased with her service. Prior to giving birth, Catherine met with me to discuss my concerns with labor, delivery and nursing. The information she provided was both thorough and thoughtful. Additionally, in that first visit she provided me with nursing articles and websites that I utilized prior to the arrival of my daughter. when i went to marninah at lactation central, i was a total mess. i hadn't expected breastfeeding to be a challenge (ha), so i was blindsided when i experienced such difficulties. she was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and accessible to me. over several visits things got easier for me and my baby, and i now know we're gonna be just fine thanks to marninah's guidance and support. thank you so much!
