My husband and I went to see Chaya when my son was about 4.5 weeks old. After weeks of crying every night in pain I was about ready to give up! Chaya was our lifesaver! She made us feel so comfortable and was patient the whole time. She informed us our son had a tongue tie but never pressured us to do anything, only gave us our options. Marninah was incredibly helpful and provided me with not only help with the physical aspects of breastfeeding, but also gave me the confidence that a first time mom is lacking. I would highly recommend her services!!
Chaya was incredibly helpful when I was struggling to breastfeed the week after my son was born. She really listened to & validated our experience. She figured out why I was having so much trouble when so many doctors and nurses kept telling me to just keep trying to pump instead of really paying attention to why I was running into problems. Definitely a worthwhile experience! I'm so glad I was able to be there when my daughter had Chaya over. The baby is a month old and she gave so much worthwhile information!!! The things we learned could not have been learned on the Internet or on the phone.
Chaya is a life saver! Her prompt reply to my desperate phone call for help was super appreciated and her willingness to make a house visit within 24 hours was above and beyond. Chaya was an abundance of knowledge, but created an environment of compassion for my obvious frustration. She identified multiple issues and helped work to resolve each one over the course of two hours. Chaya and Marninah are amazing! They have created a warm welcoming environment, free of judgement. They were so helpful and made the tedious and sometimes very frustrating task of nursing possible for me! I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend them!
