Beds are uncomfortable, food isn’t the best, the staff have a laugh and are strict when needed to be. For a residential it’s good and I would come back.

Me and my class came here October 2024. 1. Rude - they kept calling my friend a drama queen when she got upset bc she didn't like them calling her pink Lady? 2. Untidy - a pair of underwear in my dorm 3. Uncomfortable - my bed quilt felt like membrane. 4. Safety - there was only small light source during nighttime activity and I fell over. 5. Staff - someone was smoking and I could smell it through the dorm window.

Dating back to 1st April 2024, I attended a residential there for 5 days run by the NCS, the beds were uncomfortable & windows were so small other than that, we had fun from the activities there but the dorms were bad, the staff were good though & I made some friends there.

My child spent 4 nights there recently with school, and has had an amazing time. Said that the staff, food and facilities were brilliant.

The rooms where dirty and the beds where uncomfortable for my daughter and some staff where incredibly rude and disrespectful to her and her peers and made some children cry , she mentioned someone Called mrs Tate I’m not sure but that’s what she said . Along with that she said the eggs where watery and the best food was the chicken meetball pasta ,she states that the other group got given 2 marshmallows and her group got 1 and one boy didn’t get any .at bushcrafting my child wasn’t allowed to get any more equipment and the ... read more
